Personnel Moves

Advertising and PR

• The Pittsburgh office of Euro RSCG Worldwide PR hired Correy Robertson as an associate account executive.

• Cathie Weiss joined Mirage Advertising as account manager and Joe Gastony joined the agency as account executive.

Technology


• IPLogic Inc. added Jeffrey Floit and Jim Spicer as account executives.

Nonprofits

• Manchester Bidwell Corp. added Rose Piccioni as educational partnership and audience development director for MCG Jazz, Joe Levickas as volunteer and alumni coordinator for development and Leslie J. Vincen as project manager for development.

• The YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh hired Jennifer Papale Rignani as vice president of development and communications.

Other

• Added to the staff at Providence Point, now under construction, are Karen Sarkis and Claudia Scheibel as marketing counselors and Amanda Manns as a marketing assistant.

• Michael Dale returned to Professional Service Industries Inc. as a district manager overseeing construction and geotechnical services in the Pittsburgh area and in the office in Parkersburg, W.Va. Stuart Shaley was promoted to staff scientist.

• Eric S. Gleason joined Allegheny Energy Inc. as vice president, corporate development.

• The Institute for Supply Management Pittsburgh elected: president, Paul Bucciarelli, vice president/source manager, PNC Financial Services Group; first vice president, David Dudney, manager of purchasing & capital projects, ATI Allegheny Ludlum; second vice president, George Bissett, group purchasing agent, Ohio Valley Operations, Consol Energy; executive director, Lisa Romango; and secretary/treasurer, Paula Massey.

• Chester Engineers hired John W. Spires Jr. as director of program management and Jason Hodgson as corporate safety director.

Speakers

• Mediation Council of Western Pennsylvania presented an open forum and panel discussion, "Mediation for the Businesswoman," at YWCA Greater Pittsburgh. Panelists were David V. Breen of Breen Law Firm, Richard Rogow and Nancy Snow, both attorneys with offices in Pittsburgh.
