Parente Randolph promoted Shawn A. Kaciubij to principal in the firm's Pittsburgh office. Anne McCready, a staff accountant in the firm's Pittsburgh office, completed the CPA examination and the required public accounting hours to earn her license to practice as a certified public accountant in Pennsylvania.

• Mark A. Willard was appointed chair of the Lex Mundi Law Firm Technology Committee. Head of the technology and intellectual property litigation sections of Eckert Seamans Cherin and Mellott's litigation division, Willard chairs the firm's e-discovery & information management practice group. He is a principal contact of the securities litigation practice group and serves as chairman of the firm's technology committee. Willard focuses his practice on civil litigation and arbitration matters.

• Henry M. Sneath, name partner, shareholder and principal of Picadio Sneath Miller & Norton P.C., was named second vice president of DRI -- The Voice of the Defense Bar. He is an intellectual property and complex business litigation attorney.

• James D. Miller joined Meyer Darragh Buckler Bebenek & Eck PLLC as an associate in the firm's Pittsburgh office. He will practice in general, civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial and insurance litigation, as well as transportation, product liability, employment, and construction law.

• At The Cook Law Group, Eric Jobe joined as a senior associate, and Jeffrey T. Morris joined as an equity partner. Jobe has case experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, family law, general and complex litigation, and privacy law compliance. Morris has experience in business and commerical litigation, intellectual property, bankruptcy, construction and land-use litigation, general and complex litigation and privacy-law compliance.
